The site is being developed as a single family residential development. The site generally drains from Wade -Stedman Road to the west. The new development mimics this drainage pattern. The site meets the qualifications of a low density development. The average density for the development is 0.67 units/acre compared to the maximum of 2 units/acre to satisfy the requirements set forth by NCDEQ. There is a single new subdivision road being constructed and it maintains the existing drainage patterns of the subject site.
