The impact length for S1 (Flat Creek) remains unchanged. The revised impacts lengths are as follows: S1: 213 ft. S2: 35 ft. The Division has reviewed the information and has determined the application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application will be placed on hold until the following items are addressed: 1. Please provide the proposed typical channel cross-section for each area where channel substrate will be excavated and relocated. Please include the proposed channel depth, width, and side slopes based on a stable reference cross-section or regional curve data. 2. Provide a typical detail for the bank stabilization work proposed on Sheet C8. 3. Based on the site visit on March 21, 2019, it appears the plans might change for the boulder wall repair shown on Sheet C9. Please provide an updated plan for this area. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
