On April 3, 2019, Tim Heim and Amy Annino (ARO) performed a site evaluation with Mark Brooks
(Brooks Engineering). This site visit followed up on a March 27 meeting in the Asheville Office. The
subject property was evaluated for engineering alternatives and suitability for an SFR system. The
conditions described by Mr. Brooks were verified, and the inspectors concurred that this is a suitable
situation and location to apply for an SFR Permit.
