Mr. Sparks:
If you missed sampling for some parameters on the first sample, it is acceptable to do a follow up in the
same sampling period for the other parameters. It is up to you whether you want to sample just the
parameters missed the first time or the entire set (which is ideal from a data interpretation standpoint
because they are evaluated for the same discharge condition). As long as sampling is still done within the
same monitoring period, it should satisfy the permit monitoring requirements.
