Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): The residential lot was purchased in 2013 and a home was built on the property in 2017. The shoreline has never been modified from it's natural setting. In this section of the lake there is a lot of boat traffic and the waves have eroded the shoreline to where trees are falling into the lake. The proposal is to clean up the bank of fallen trees and debris in an area that will be rocked with rip rap. The area to be rocked is roughly 80 feet along the shoreline to the west of Course L22 on the Survey Map (a small peninsula area) and roughly 100 feet along the shoreline to the southeast of Course L22 on the Survey Map. It will probably take from 60 to 90 tons of rip rap. 7. Will work be conducted from land? X From water? ❑ 8. Total amount of impacts below the normal pool lake level / Normal Water Level Permanent impacts (including all excavation, backfill, rip rap, retaining walls, etc.) in square feet: The normal pool lake level (the target level) is 97 feet. Rip rap will be covering roughly 180 square feet below the normal pool lake level (1 foot below the normal pool lake level for roughly 80 feet along the shoreline to the west of the small peninsula area and roughly 100 feet along the shoreline to the southeast of the small peninsula area). Temporary impacts in square feet: There should be no temporary impacts. 9. Total amount of impacts above the normal pool lake level/ Normal Water Level and 50 feet land -ward FORM: SSGP 02-2017 Page 2 of 5 Permanent impacts (including back fill, excavation, rip rap, retaining walls, etc.) in square feet: Rip rap will be covering roughly 540 square feet above the normal pool lake level (3 feet above the n_or_mal pool lake level for roughly 80 feet alone the shoreline to the west of the small peninsula area and roughly 100 feet alone the shoreline to the southeast of the small peninsula area . Temporary impacts (temporary clearing, construction corridor) in square feet: There should be no temporary impact above the normal pool level because of an existing Pathway for use. 10. Please describe the vegetation above the normal pool lake level/ Normal Water Level and 50 feet landward to be impacted (number of trees, for instance): There will be minimal scrub brush disturbance. 11.
