This email is to notify you that your application for Hayden Drive Subdivision was not accepted for the
following reason:
Part A #10 - did you mean for the end date to be 5/31/2019?

Part A #15a,b - Yadkin Pee Dee is the river basin your site is located in, but we're looking for the immediate
waterbody receiving stormwater.

Part D #5 - please provide the signed approval letter from the City of Charlotte. The signed letter should have
the information in #1 and #2, plus list the disturbed acreage.
