It should have been rescinded upon their No Exposure Certificate issuance (NCGNE1334), but that approval letter does not reference the rescission of the NPDES permit. We'll need to send them a rescission letter and rescind NCG130017 in BIMS to tie up this loose end. Deborah — could you please waive the last invoice payment for NCG130017? Zahid —just a reminder for your staff to reference the rescission of any permits in place once a No Exposure is issued in the approval letter from MRO. I know this was a point of confusion for some regional staff, so we'll take care of any ones like this we run across. Thanks so much!
