I just got a call from David Tumey about an invoice he received for NCG130017. It should have been rescinded upon
their No Exposure Certificate issuance (NCGNE1334), but that approval letter does not reference the rescission of the
NPDES permit. We'll need to send them a rescission letter and rescind NCG130017 in BIMS to tie up this loose end.
Deborah — could you please waive the last invoice payment for NCG130017?
Zahid —just a reminder for your staff to reference the rescission of any permits in place once a No Exposure is issued in
the approval letter from MRO. I know this was a point of confusion for some regional staff, so we'll take care of any
ones like this we run across.
