Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted in conjunction with the Mine inspection. Jay Nivens was present for the inspection. Please
review the comments listed in this report. A follow-up inspection will be needed after areas disturbed from the pit expansion
has been maintained. Jay Nivens updated with photos on areas affected by a recent pit expansion potentially impacting the
pit discharge (sampling area) on 04/30/2019. Jay Nivens notified that rip rap will be added. Please contact me once area is
maintained. No immediate issues have been observed. At the time of the inspection, the site was found to be in compliance.
