Hello Rob,
Regarding the permit application for the proposed extension of Richardson Road in
Apex, I would like to request an extension of the 21 day deadline that was mentioned in
the comment letter. I have been trying to coordinate between Apex, DWR and DEQ in
order to have some clarity regarding what exactly will be needed regarding your
comment #1, however communication between all the parties has been difficult. Since
we are nearing the 21 day mark, I would like to request an extension of two weeks,
putting the deadline at 4/25/19. Please let me know if this is acceptable. Regarding the
solution to your comment, if you could please give me a call at your convenience I
would appreciate it. Just have some questions I'd like to ask before moving forward.
