Hope you had a great vacation!!!
Not for mitigation, but I looked at both of these. Pilot Knob looks like more of a stabilization project. A few sharp bends
are being removed. pretty good buffers proposed for most of the reach. Will definitely be an improvement over current
site conditions.
Mount Airy Country Club has more restoration proposed. I'm glad to see that they are harvesting riffle material from
the old channel. I'm not over crazy about Deciduous Zone 2 using crape myrtles, but I guess its better than nothing.
Obviously looking for aesthetics. What is the rationale behind the new alignment of UT 2? They are moving it pretty
significantly away from its current alignment. I know you and Amy were out there so I was wondering how they selected
the alignment.
