I'm going to make a minor modification to the permit to indicate that "stormwater outfall SWO11
comingles with wastewater outfall WW004" and "SWO12 comingles with WW003."
I'll remove the analytical monitoring requirements for SWO11 and SWO12 in Table 2. Page 9 of 16.
Stormwater from SWO11 and SWO12 shall be considered as part of Allen's NPDES wastewater
permit.

For now you no longer need collect stormwater samples (and analyze) for SWO11 and SWO12. I'll
meet with staff over the next few days to determine whether the stormwater from SWO11 and
SWO12 will be considered as part of Allen's NPDES wastewater permit and whether to SWO11 and
SWO12 should be removed from Allen's ISW permit as a minor modification.

Mike,
As a follow up to our phone conversation today, stormwater outfall SWO11 comingles with
wastewater outfall WW004, and SWO12 comingles with WW003. Per our conversation, should we
continue to collect stormwater samples for SWO11 and SWO12? Also, should the stormwater from
SWO11 and SWO12 be considered as part of Allen's NPDES wastewater permit, and should SWO11
and SWO12 be removed from Allen's ISW permit?
