This email is to notify you that your application for Atlas Urban Homes Redevelopment was not accepted for
the following reason:
Part A #15a,b - Catawba is the watershed your site is in, but we're looking for the immediate waterbody
receiving stormwater. From the Surface Water Classifications map, it appears your site drains to either Little
Sugar Creek or Brier Creek. Please verify.

Part D #1 - date on the approval letter is April 23, 2019, not April 1.
