Upon inspection, it was found that the site be granted the certificate of coverage, however the associated map will need revisions to reflect the concentrated outfall areas, adjacent waterways, wetlands, stockpiles, oil storage, and any other locations potentially impacted by stormwater. Please submit the revisions to the outfall map within 30 days.
