In a letter dated 6 August 2015, Duke Energy detailed its belief in the existence of a fifteenth
stormwater pipe in Outfall Group SW013. On 12 August 2015, Duke personnel verified the
existence of a 10-inch corrugated metal pipe located about 200 feet south of SW013-15 at
approximately 35011'9.64"N, 81 00'21.27"W. We request that this outfall be denoted as SW013-
14 as indicated in our previous letter and map and that SWO13-14 be added to the station's
current permit through a minor modification.
