Permittee collected multiple samples for metals, %Total Solids and Fecal coliform Residual Sampling Summary Form: The correct standard form was used; however, not all parameters are listed and Fecal appears to have been reported under "nitrate and nitrite". In the future Form RSSF B should be used in addition to the RSSF form to report all non-standard parameters. Please note, form RSSF only lists ceiling concentrations, results also need to meet monthly average limits listed under IV.3 of the permit. TCLP: The permittee should verify any data received can be used to assess permit compliance. Additionally, in the future, please verify the certified laboratory can meet reporting limits to assess compliance. Regional Office requested the previous five years of data for 2,4-Dinitrotoluene & Hexachlorobenzene. Previous data showed compliance with Federal Regulatory Limits. Non-Hazardous Waste Characterization: Residuals sampled appear to be non-hazardous based on corrosvity, reactivity and ignitability requirements set forth in 40 CFR 261.
