I have a few questions and comments regarding the request for additional information: "Provide the project location on the most recent published county soil survey and delineate the site boundaries on the soil survey." The attached soils map was submitted. Is this not what was needed? The correct soils map for Orange County is the 1977 paper book and can be found here: https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/lnternet/FSE MANUSCRIPTS/north carolina/orangeNC1977/text.pdf "The wetland and stream impacts requested in this application need to be clearly shown and enumerated on the site plan. These impacts need to correspond to the impacts requested in the application......" Area of wetland impact will be enumerated on the plans. Thanks! "Please provide more detailed information regarding the stream impact. All requested impacts in an application must be listed within the PCN impact table." Is there a way to edit the PCN form without having to fill out the form again? We submitted the PCN online and I am not able to edit the form online. Unfortunately one the online form is submitted there is no going back and editing. You can e-mail me the impacts instead. "The Corps of Engineers must also verify the Nationwide Permit that is to be used to authorize this project." How is this typically done?
