Hi Dicky, and thanks for your voicemail. The public notice for the above referenced project expired on 4/11/2019. The 3
comment letter we received were from NCDWR, SHPO, and NMFS, and all were "no comment" letters. I'll need a few
hours to fully dig through the mod request to make sure we're not missing anything to move forward. Unfortunately
that won't happen this week since I'm out of the office all week, but I hope to get to it the following week. Please let me
know if you have any questions in the meantime.
