Garner
Wake County
to receiving waters designated as Big Branch Creek and White Oak Creek, class C;NSW
waters in the Neuse River Basin, in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring
requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, and IV of General Permit No.
NCG160000 as attached.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective April 26, 2019.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
