Condition III (6) of the referenced permit requires that three copies of all monitoring and reporting -
requirements as specified in Condition III (2, 3) of the permit must be submitted annually on or
before March 1 of the following year. During 2014, there was no distribution of ponded ash for
reuse purposes from any of the,seven (7) Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC former or operating coal-
fired facilities,(Allen, Belews-Creek, Buck, Clit`fside, Dan:River, Marshall and Riverbend Steam
