No site visit was conducted as a part of the review process. Permit: WQ0014543: This permit has never been used and is kept in force strictly as an emergency back- up permit for land application. Confirmation was made during the January 2019 site visit that dedicated land for this permit continues to be in place. The renewed permit has been issued and it will become effective on March 1, 2019. Permit WQ0004040 Third Creek Monofill surface disposal permit was recently renewed. At permit renewal, the number of groundwater sampling constituents was reduced. No material has been introduced to the cells for over ten years. Overall the annual reports were found to be compliant with the permits. As a reminder, please maintain current contacts and identified ORCs and backups.
