Regarding the subject NOI, I had met with Rocky Carr, Plant Manager, at the facility on January 22nd at her request to go
over their NOI prior to submittal. We reviewed the facility's storm drain system and outfall location and discussed
general permit requirements. The FRO has no objections to issuance of general permit coverage under NCG050000 for
this facility. If additional information is needed, please contact me.
