As noted within the inspection report, information is managed with the Maximo database management and operating platform. This software system is linked with the SCADA monitoring system, accepts inputted data from system inspections and generates pre-programed work orders that are structured to meet and exceed permit requirements. Each department can generate reports as needed that highlight areas of operation that are of most concern to them. Charts can be prepared that display work orders, SSO's, sewer main stops, sewer lateral stops, line cleaning actions, camera inspections, manhole inspections and construction work within the collection system. A brief review of system pump stations was conducted, focusing on stations and areas that were impacted by floodwater from Hurricane Florence in 2018. Pump Station#44 on Division Drive had water in the building that contains pumps, controls and MCC's. Pump Station#89 at Smith Creek and Pump Station#14 at Greenfield Lake were"islanded"with difficult access during the storm. All pump stations inspected were clean and secure as required. Additional comments are noted within the inspection report in the questions section.
