In addition to the two draft NPDES Stormwater General Permits and Fact Sheets sent by Bethany on April 12, 2019, the
North Carolina Stormwater Program is herein submitting three additional draft NPDES Stormwater General Permits and
Fact Sheets for your review. All five of these general permits are scheduled to be issued on August 1, 2019.

will review these permits and will get back with you within the time agreed in our MOA. In the future, please send in
your permits for EPA review [e-mail] inbox, so that these triaged permits can be accessed by the
interested team member(s). Please let your division know this change as well so that all your permits including municipal
permits from your division go into this Inbox in the future.
