The Project Team concurred on this date of May 16, 2019, that the following build alternative
will be carried forward for detailed study.

Best-Fit Alternative: Widen US 321/US 421 to includes four 12-foot travel lanes, the addition of a
median, and five-foot paved shoulders to accommodate for bicycles. Utilizing known environmental and
community features, a preliminary best-fit alignment was created.
