The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on July 16,
2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement for
the lagoon at Homestead Farms, Inc #2 facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume
available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2023.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Homestead Farms, Inc #2 Farm should be performed
