Dear Mr. and Mrs.Hardy:
Wake County Department of Environmental Services staff, on behalf of the Division of Water Resources,
performed a compliance evaluation inspection of the subject Single-Family Residence Surface Irrigation
System on April 25, 2019. At the time of the inspection the wastewater treatment and irrigation
components were operated and were in good working order. Please review the enclosed inspection
report. As discussed during the inspection the Division asks that underbrush be removed in the drip field
and that portions of the fence that were observed down be repaired. This is required to maintain permit
compliance.
