. will have approx 5' of rock below the rebar pins that run along the water, from the
property line next to Lot 56 running across the shoreline would be around 100'. The
disturbance below the Normal water level would be approximate 500 square feet.
11. Total amount of disturbance (including all clearing, back fill, excavation, rip rap, retaining
walls, etc.) above the normal pool lake level/ Normal Water Level and 50 feet land -ward in
square feet or acres: The portion for the river rock would be approx 5'x 100' above the
Normal water level. The patio and beach area would add approx 150 and 300 scare feet. So
the total for above the Normal water level would be 950 scare feet.
12. Please describe the vegetation above the normal pool lake level/ Normal Water Level and
50 feet landward to be impacted (number of trees, for instance): The vegetation consists
of a few trees only. There should be little to no disturbance to any trees and nothing will be
removed.
