The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on August
16, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for Lagoon #1 at S & S Farm facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume available, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2023 for Lagoon #1
only.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon #1 at S & S Farm should be performed before December 31,
