Signing Official Signature Page 2 of 6 FTSE 04-16 PROJECT NARRATIVE Dominion Land Corp. is proposing to construct a light industrial business park that will serve multiple tenants and land uses. There are three future separate outparcels fronting US Hwy 17. The latitude and longitude of the property are 34' 20' 58" N, 77' 43' 53" W. The surrounding uses are vacant woods, or single-family residences. The project will tie into the Pluris Hampstead LLC forcemain along Hwy 17. Our flow will be broken into phases, with the initial phase being for 6 taps for light industrial use totaling 2160 gpd, with ultimate buildout being 13,500 gpd based on planned uses on the outparcels and the remaining light industrial park (offices and laydown yards for contractors, etc.). Our pumps were designed for both conditions along with the pressure to overcome provided by Pluris Hampstead, LLC for today's conditions and ones they provided for full buildout. All the collection system will be permitted in this submittal with future permits for the additional flow. The gravity sewer will. total 1620 LF of 8-inch gravity main to serve the development. The pump station is designed at 25 gpm at 235 TDH, with 800 LF of 2-inch forcemain. This maintains the 2 fps in the forcemain line as required. 2 • File an Annual Report/Amend an Annual Report • Upload a PDF Filing g • Order a Document Online • Add Entity to My Email Notification List • View Filings • Print a Pre -Po pulated opulated Annual Report form •Print an Amended a Annual Report form Business Corporation Legal Name Dominion Land Corporation Information Sos1d: 0666570 Status: Current -Active Annual Report Status: Current Citizenship: Domestic Date Formed: 3/7/2003 Fiscal Month: December Registered Agent: Sanders, Nathan S Addresses Principal Office 110 Hinton Ave Wilmington, NC 28403-4734 Mailing PO Box 3167 Wilmington, NC 28406-0167 Officers Vice President Judia B Sanders P.O.
