Dear Double D Farm, LLC:
The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on January
8, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for the two lagoons at Double D 1 &2 and White Heifer 1 &2 facility. Due to the amounts of
treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until
December 31, 2023 for both lagoons.
The next sludge survey for the two lagoons at Double D 1&2 and White Heifer 1&2 should be
performed before December 31, 2023. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records
for reference.
