This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0010615. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". Multiple samples were collected for %Total Solids and Fecal Coliform. Annual Distribution and Marketing Summary Form: All information is present. The tonnage sent to the landfill does not need to be documented on the Distribution Summary Form. In the future, the amount of product being sent to the landfill can be summarized in the cover letter of the Annual Report. Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction Form (PVRF): All data is present. The geometric mean for fecal does not need to be calculated and reported for Class A products. Non-hazardous Waste Characterization: Residuals sampled for TCLP, corrosivity, reactivity and ignitibility appear to be non-hazardous based on the requirements set forth in 40 CFR 261. Daily Field Parameter Worksheet: Clarify on future worksheets the temperature being used to correct the slurry pH. The current worksheet lists air temperature. If not already being used, the slurry sample temperature needs to be recorded and used to correct the pH to avoid high or low bias.
