Attached are the correct drawings and impacts summary for the U-4906 project. These drawings reflect the corrections that were made after we addressed Brad's comments (see my email below). Please note that for Sties 3 and 4 (stream sites) any impacts shown as an area in the SW impacts columns are just area representations of the linear impacts — they are not additional impacts. If you have any questions, perhaps we can discus in person tomorrow. I will have a print-out of the drawings if we need to refer to them. This replaces the permit drawing package that was included in the ePCN which was submitted on March 25, 2019. The permit drawing sites we discussed and some changes are summarized below: Permit drawing 8 (Site 2): This permit drawing was changed to show a 3:1 front slope. This resulted in a change on the impact summary table to 0.005 acres of fill (not 0.006 acres) Permit drawing 11(Site 3): As discussed, the impacts at the inlet of the proposed pipe are for tying the existing channel to the proposed culvert. There was no change to the original impacts at this site. Permit drawing 14 (Site 4): The previously noted 2 feet of permanent stream impacts was not needed since those impacts were within the existing pipe impacts. Also, due to a drainage request, the effects assessment by the State Historic Preservation Office is not yet complete for this project. There will be a change in the drainage easements and drainage structures at the church property which is shown on permit drawing sheets 6 and 7 as a historic property. No jurisdictional features are present in the vicinity of the church, and therefore the area is not designated as a permit "site." The assessment of effects meeting with for these changes is scheduled for May 7, 2019. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
