The submittal all looks good except for one item: Part D.2. has an E&SC Project Number that does not match the
approval provided. The value SR-97-18 was entered as the E&SC Project ID. The approval lists permit #119093 associated
with the disturbed acres for this project reported on the NOI. (This permit number is important because it is cross-
referenced on the Certificate of Coverage, and we cannot revise the value you submitted.) Please re -submit the NOI with
the correct E&SC Project ID#.
