Our office has recently become aware that the home located at 385 Sink Road in Lexington has
been removed. Your son, Gray Hill, spoke to Jenny Graznak of this office on April 9, 2019 and
communicated that the property will not have a home on it in the future and will only be used for
hunting. Therefore, the wastewater system located at this property will not be used, and you can
proceed to rescind the permit. To request a rescission, simply send a letter to 'NPDES Permitting
containing the facility's name, permit number, and reason for request:

Ms. Graznak also explained to your son that the septic tank must be pumped out to close out the
wastewater system. Please contact our office once this requirement has been met. We
