Inspection Date: 04/16/2019 Inspection Type : Collection System Inspect Non Sampling Reason for Visit: Routine
Inspection Summary:
The Base is continuing to make strides in managing its systems and documentation having come quite far since the
issuance of this permit back in 12-2002. The DWR example log sheets and other compliance assistance info was sent to
staff via email after the inspection.
The Base plans to replace its SCADA system within the next few years. It is currently attempting to update and organize
their mapping by quadrants, but perhaps should do it by sewer drainage basins tributary to pump stations.

Comment: Valve pit has a significant GW infiltration leak around one of the incoming force mains that is
accumulating iron sludge onto the drain; this should be sealed and drain cleaned. Wetwell has
one as well that should be addressed at same time.
