Signing Official S anature Page 2 of 6 FTSE 04-1 6 Oyster Landing Subdivision — Phase IV Sanitary Sewer Narrative The Oyster Landing Subdivision will consist of approximately +/- 460 single family residential lots. The current plans are for the subdivision to have two lift stations that will serve the entire subdivision. One lift station will be near NC HWY 172 (which has been constructed and certified previously) and the other lift station will be adjacent to Old Folkstone Road (S.R. 1518). There is also an adjacent piece of property that is planned to have approximately 492 townhomes and apartments that will be able to gravity flow into the Oyster Landing Subdivision. Fifty nine of these townhomes have been previously permitted to flow to the existing lift station. The first, second & third phases of construction, which have been constructed, consisted of constructing the infrastructure for 145 lots. Phase IV will consist of constructing infrastructure for 99 additional residential lots which would bring the total number of lots to 244 residential lots. There will be a small pool clubhouse constructed for Phase IV also. Sewer flow for this is included on the permit application. Currently there are 59 townhomes units that convey sewer to the existing lift station. That brings the total residential units having sewer flow to the existing lift station at 303 units. The lift station that was constructed for the first phase was sized to handle flow from 671 total residential units. A 12-inch force main 3 miles in length was constructed and connected to an existing 12-inch force main at the intersection of NC 210 & NC 172. K-M
