Every effort was made to minimize permanent stream impacts. Due to the small DA a riprap dissapator will not be used. The sewerline crossing ROW
and workspace has been minimized to the greatest extent practicable. Permanent impacts have been limited to 20 linear feet and temporary impacts
will be only 20 linear feet. LIT2 to Little Sugar Creek will not be impacted.

The sewer line must be installed using open cut due to bedrock. All temporarily disturbed areas outside the permanent sewer ROW will be restored
using native seed mix and native hardwood trees planted at a density of 260 per ac.
