information. Contact and secure approval from the DWQ prior to transfer of waste to a site
not covered in the facility's CAWMP.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

fields to the PAN balance table and recalculate the overall PAN balance. If animal waste is to be hauled to
another permitted facility, provide information regarding the herd population and lagoon freeboard levels at the
receiving facility.
NARRATIVE:
TO ( Front Lagoon) was 36" prior Hurricane Florence, then 7" after storm. TO (Back -Primary) lagoon was 37"
prior to Hurricane Florence, then 6" after strom. TO (Back -Secondary) lagoon was 65" prior to Hurricane
Florence, then 37" after the storm, this lagoon (TO -Back (Secondary) requires a 42" start pump. TO (Back -
Inactive lagoon) was 35" prior to Hurricane Florence, then after storm was 8". The inactive lagoon has not been
closed out to NRCS Standard, and has been kept open and maintained for emergency purposes only. The front
lagoon and the back (secondary lagoon) are the only 2 lagoons irrigated from. Water from the TO (back -
primary lagoon), and the TO- Back (Inactive lagoon); is transfered to the TO (Back -secondary) lagoon
for irrigating, and transfer of waste is recorded and kept in farm records. All animal waste transfer records are
kept with farm records.
DWR-WiRO was notified of high lagoon levels after Hurricane Florence.
