I also believe you granted an extension for our responses based on a discussion you had with Patrick Kiernan with Jones & Cnossen Engineers. Your Request for additional information requested 3 items. I believe you have discussed Items 1 and 2 with Mr. Kiernan concerning the BMPs for the proposed bridge and revision to the drawing to show the correct buffer impact. Item 3 requested approval for the encroachment into the Little Beaver Creek Conservation Easement. I have included printouts of email exchanges between the applicant's team and Mr. Ed Hajnos of NCDENR. You may have already received the memo that Mr. Hajnos is referring to in his email. We would like to know if we have satisfied your requests form the March 21 letter. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance. As you may recall, we have been working with you to secure a release of the conservation easement on property owned by Mayberry Investments, LLC for use by The Town of Apex on the future Richardson Road extension. The Application to the Corps for the 404 and 401 permits has been submitted and only a few comments remain to be answered. Rob Ridings from NC DEQ has been inadvertently left off of some of the communications about this. We need to bring Rob up to speed on where we stand - that what we are asking for from IRT is just a released of the easement for a planned future road and not actual construction of the road right now. He needs confirmation from you so we can move forward with the Application and the submittals to IRT. We are stuck right now until he has this confirmation. Can you send an email replying to all about what we have been doing and what we are asking for to confirm for Rob so he can move forward on the Application. We just did a 21 day extension so we need this as soon as possible. Thanks for your help.
