Hello Ms. Higgins,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a Public Hearing regarding US Army Corps Of Engineers,
Wilmington District, application to modify a minimum release permit. The Corps Action ID Number is: SAW -2018-
02144.
The Public Comment Period ran from April 9 to April 23rd which I believe is inadequate time and notice for citizens and
elected officials to make substantive comments. On behalf of the Watauga River basin and it's citizens I request a public
hearing regarding regarding this permit modification.
