This memo is to address the Notice of Deficiency letter sent to me on July 23, 2018.
Please accept the following information for corrective actions. The NOD sent to me has
the wrong information for my farm. It states I have 3 lagoons and I only have 2.
Deficiency 1: As always every effort has been made to keep our lagoons above the -
allowable level. At the time of this high freeboard occurrence we were
having unusually high amounts of rairifall'from localized thunderstorms.
Although, at times persistent rainfall makes it hard to maintain required
storage capacity, we try to take every,necessary step to keep our lagoon
levels in compliance with our Certified Animal Waste Management Plan
and permit.
In conclusion my lagoons were back in compliance on July 2, 2018 at #1-24" & #2-24.5".
