We do maintain the storm drain/stormwater infrastructure. And yes, we approved this through site plan approval process. Please see the attached blanket letter the Town issues, but this letter also serves as an approval of site plan/stormwater plan as well. Jaclyn, I am reviewing a general permit for a facility on 1100 E. Garner Rd. in Garner, adjacent to 140. The facility is shown to be sending their stormwater flow to an existing utility stormwater system. I'm trying to figure out who maintains this stormwater system, so I can verify the facility is approved to discharge to that system. If the city of Garner does maintain this stormwater system, is it a letter/plan approval from planning that approves this, or is there a separate permit process to obtain approval.
