This memo is to address the Notice of Deficiency letter sent to me on March 7, 2018.
Please accept the following information for corrective actions.
Deficiency 1: As always every effort has been made to keep our lagoon above the
allowable level. At the time of this high freeboard occurrence (January
13, 2018) I was having trouble with my irrigation system and we had a
couple of 2 - 3" rainfall evens. I have made repairs to my irrigation
system as you will see the attached bills for same. We plan to take every
necessary step to keep our lagoon levels in compliance with our Certified
Animal Waste Management Plan and permit.
In conclusion my lagoon was back in compliance at 22" on February 12, 2018. Currently
our lagoon is at 29".
