I thought I remembered us talking via phone about an adjustment to the route but I can't see a change in the plans you just sent versus the plans I approved. Also, the update you sent, is that all permanent impact now? If you remember you had originally requested 20 feet permanent but an additional 30 feet temporary for dewatering etc. Did you want the temporary impacts to remain the same? Can you please provide a justification for the new increase in permanent impacts. Basically a cover memo/letter explaining what exactly has changed, what has stayed the same, and maybe some specific plan sheets that show original approved and new proposed mod would be extremely helpful. I don't remember the details when we talked so could use your help clarifying. Can you tell me which impacts are staying the same from the original approval, which ones are being removed, and which ones are new? It might be easiest to take the 401 approval, the page with the impacts table, and just cross through/edit/correct those. For completely new locations just cross out what's going away and then next to it add the new location new amount. Does that make sense? Once we get that they can put it in our system, send a request for fee, and it'll come to me for review.
