This is a subdivision with only one main entrance, there will be the main entrance road with cul-de-sacs on the end and sides. The lots will be individual home sites.

There will be no wetland impact and only 1 stream crossing on the project. The stream crossing will be to access lots across the creek.

We are installing 7421 linear feet of road and providing approximately 115 single home building lots and are impacting no wetlands and only 1 stream
impact due to a road crossing. We are using head walls to minimize or shorten the stream impact. We cannot turn the road upstream to avoid the
stream impact because we will loose up to 6 building lots making the project not feasible.

Care will be taken to impact fewtrees as possible to construct the road crossing, work will not be done in periods of high flowor when rain is expected.
Bare soil areas Will be stabilized with a ground cover at the end of the work day.
