Book 2791, Page 386 have now lapsed. James H. Taylor died on March 13, 1986, and Jessie A. Taylor died on August 19, 1988.

Johnston County North Carolina under file 07E890 (herein the "Trust") hereby certifies as
follows:
1. The Trust has been lawfully executed, was validly created, and has not been revoked,
modified, or amended in any manner which would cause the representations contained herein to
be incorrect.
