"The final design is not an extension of services. The sewer main currently runs through
the middle of a parcel and this project will re-route the sewer main to the outer edge of the
parcel. The project will extend an 8" sewer line through 3 proposed manholes and tie into
a new gravity sewer main. The extension will also re-route an existing 8" sewer main to a
new manhole. There will be 517LF of 8" ductile iron and 195LF of 8" SDR-35 sewer main.
All portions of the sewer extension that are outside existing rights of way shall have a
minimum required easement centered on the new sewer main. The following is a list of
items included in this submittal:

We would like to request a modification of the permit WQ0039572 to reflect the correct
length of 5141fductile iron sewer main.
Modification List:
Remove the 1951f of 8" SDR-35 sewer main.
Revise length of 8" D.I.F. sewer main from 5171f to 5141E

I am writing in regards to the sewer extension permit that was issued for the referenced project (WQ0039572).
We received the Engineering Certification and Construction Drawings for this project on December 27, 2019.
The permit was issued for 712 LF of 8" gravity line. However, the construction drawings only show 514 feet.
If only 514 feet were installed, we'll need a FTSE application (with fee) requesting a mod, and we'll issue a modified
permit with the correct length of line.
