Hi Sarah,
It was written such that the if work on the permanent bridge was completed between
February 15 and September 30 (during the moratorium), and the temporary detour was
no longer needed, then the NCDOT and their contractor has 90 days after the
moratorium (beginning on October 15t) to completely remove all portions of the

It should be 90 days after. That's what was requested and discussed. I would think it
would be February 15th plus 90 days. You can ask Stephen for clarification.
