A copy of the CAMA major application was sent to your agency for review and comment on 7/9/18. If you did not receive a copy of the application for review, please let me know and I will send you another copy. Comments from your agency on the application were requested by 7/27/18. As you know, DCM includes a note or condition in the CAMA permit decision with the identifying information for any DWR and USACE permits that were issued. It is my understanding that the impacts for this project changed due to revised plans after the 401 WQC was issued on 6/15/18 (see attached). DCM plans on making a final decision on the CAMA permit soon, and it would be useful to know if DWR and/or USACE plan to issue a permit modifications to correspond with the revised plans, or will that not be necessary? Also, Tom, would you please send me a copy of the USACE permit information? I am not sure if/when the USACE permit was issued. Stephen knows more about the revised plans, so he plans to follow up with you about this by telephone tomorrow.
