Please reference your letter dated April 9, 2019 requesting written confirmation to cease
monitoring at the Shelter Swamp Creek Mitigation Site associated with the replacement of
Bridge # 26, located along Highway 50, Onslow County. Based on the 2018 annual monitoring
report and a recent site visit, we concur that the success criteria requirements for the Shelter
Swamp Creek Mitigation Site have been satisfied and that monitoring of the site can be
discontinued.
